He was totally disorioented, confused by his surroundings, lacked all physical ability to maneuver, and was very depressed. He is in severe neglect. Weighing in at 116 pounds, he needs lots of TLC. He is very sweet and cooperative. He was scanned and has no microchip. UPDATE As of August 30th, 7am, West Virginia Saint Bernard Rescue has offered to Foster him back to health!
